What it can do
Written by Robotheca from the project's documents.
- Omnidirectional robot built for entertainment, designed as a final degree project at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
- Three-wheel and four-wheel variants are described, both using omni wheels or metal gearmotors.
- Includes a laser diode, and a servo motor is listed in both variants.
- A Processing simulator lets the user drive the robot with WASD, rotate with Q and E, toggle motors with space and X, fire the laser with L, and reset with R.

Notes written by Robotheca from the project's documents.
Main parts
- Pro Micro 5V/16MHz microcontroller board.
- Pololu Dual MC33926 motor driver carrier.
- 100:1 metal gearmotor 37Dx57L mm for the three-wheel version.
- 30:1 metal gearmotor 37Dx57L mm for the four-wheel version.
- 5V laser diode.
- 5V DC-DC converter.
- 90 degree servo motor.
- Omni wheels 40x28mm plastic for the three-wheel version.
Connections
- Eagle and KiCad PCB design files are included in the repository, but the documents do not describe how the parts are connected.
- The laser receiver is a separate Eagle schematic, PCB/Receptor_Laser.sch.
- The documents do not describe the connections between the microcontroller, motor driver, servo, and laser.
