What it does

  • Runs as a lifecycle node that becomes active automatically on bootup, or can be configured and activated manually.
  • Each camera must be configured once beforehand using SICK's Safety Designer setup.
  • Uses Boost lock-free data structures internally, installed from the libboost-dev package.
  • Built with colcon together with the sick_safevisionary_base and sick_safevisionary_interfaces packages.
