What it does

  • Arranges tf frames by copying full poses or selected positions and orientations from existing frames, or by typing values manually.
  • Lets you move frames interactively using an interactive marker in rviz, with the frame selected in the editor first.
  • Attaches meshes to frames, offering basic shapes or custom STL files, visible in rviz via marker topics.
  • Saves a configuration to file and loads it again.
  • Groups frames through a group entry in the yaml file, and can pin a source frame so it stays selected.
  • Most functions are also available as ROS services, and a headless launch file exists.
