A GUI tool for visualizing and analyzing message timing in ROS 2 bag files (.mcap or .db3). It reads only timestamps and topic names, so bags with custom message types still open.

What it does
- Timeline tab shows a zoomable scatter plot with time on the X axis and one lane per topic, each dot being one message.
- Measure mode places two vertical markers on the timeline to read the time difference between them.
- Histograms and Stats tab shows per-topic inter-message interval histograms and a table of count, mean, std, min and max in milliseconds.
- Per-topic visibility and color can be toggled in the left panel.
- Bags can be passed on the command line or opened from a File menu inside the application.
