What it does
- Adds an 'ros2 ai' command with status, query and exec subcommands to the ROS 2 command line.
- The query subcommand answers ROS 2 questions, including in languages other than English.
- The exec subcommand runs the appropriate ROS 2 command based on a natural-language request.
- Uses the OpenAI Python API, and Ollama can replace OpenAI as the backend through a compatible endpoint.
- Model, endpoint and temperature are set through environment variables, with defaults such as gpt-4o for OpenAI.
- Ships as a binary package, a Docker image, or can be built from source in a colcon workspace.
