What it does
- Provides a Rust client library (rclrs) covering publishers, subscriptions, services, clients, and actions, with async variants.
- Generates Rust code from ROS message types, and supports loaned messages and dynamic message handling.
- Offers timers, parameters with parameter services, ROS-compliant logging with rosout support, and graph queries.
- Includes guard conditions, wait sets, clock and time APIs, and worker and executor patterns for coordinating nodes.
- Is still rapidly evolving, so it makes no stability guarantees for now.
