What it does
- Takes sensor_msgs/Image frames from a ROS 2 topic and encodes them via GStreamer pipelines.
- Supports SRT, RTSP, RTP/UDP and file outputs, plus custom GStreamer sinks.
- Selects H.264, H.265, AV1 or MJPEG codecs, with automatic hardware-encoder selection and software fallback.
- Reconnects automatically, handles backpressure, and adapts bitrate, frame rate and GOP at runtime.
- Publishes runtime status and events as typed ROS topics, with a service to change adaptation profiles.
- Offers configuration profiles for Jetson, x86 and Raspberry Pi machines.
