What it does
- Relays velocity commands from the cmd_vel topic to the robot's motors via a motor plugin.
- Receives odometry packets from the robot and publishes them on the odom topic, also broadcasting an odom TF frame.
- Installable as a ROS 2 Jazzy binary package or built from source with colcon.
- Launched with a launch file, where parameters such as device_name can be set on the command line or in a parameters file.
- Can be driven from the keyboard by running the teleop_twist_keyboard node.
