What it does
- Provides graph search planners such as Dijkstra, A*, JPS and Theta* for 2D and 3D grids.
- Includes sample-based planners such as RRT, RRT* and RRT-Connect, plus a Voronoi hybrid planner.
- Offers path-tracking controllers including Pure Pursuit, PID, APF, DWA and RPP, tested in a 2D toy simulator.
- Supports multiple agents with circular omnidirectional and differential-drive robot models in the simulator.
- Generates curves such as cubic splines, B-splines, polynomials, Bezier, Dubins and Reeds-Shepp paths.
- Installable via pip as python-motion-planning and documented in online tutorials.
