What it does

  • Image class wraps 200+ methods for filtering, edge detection, morphology, colorspace conversion and feature extraction, with operator overloading.
  • Supports camera modelling for central, fisheye, catadioptric and spherical geometries, including projection and wireframe plotting.
  • Provides blob analysis with hierarchy, label images and graph export, plus Hough transform line detection.
  • Offers SIFT feature matching with RANSAC estimation of the fundamental matrix to separate inliers from outliers.
  • Wraps Open3D for multiview geometry, camera calibration, stereo vision and bundle adjustment.
  • Images are encapsulated NumPy arrays, with BGR-to-RGB and float32 handling done automatically; method chaining is supported.
