What it does

  • Extracts calibration frames from ChArUco boards and calibrates a camera model from them.
  • Filters out bad board detections automatically before fitting.
  • Estimates warp of non-flat calibration targets to improve the calibration.
  • Offers B-spline distortion models for cheap or wide-angle lenses, with the same API as the OpenCV models.
  • Includes analysis plots for residuals, distortion, detection coverage and model differences.
  • Provides UnprojectLUT, a cached pixel-grid lookup table for fast runtime unprojection, with a standalone C++ runtime.
