What it does
- Runs on ESP32 and needs no compilation; an install script uploads the firmware and machine behavior is set by a text config file.
- Config files are uploaded over USB/serial or WiFi, and several can be stored on the ESP32, selected with a $Config/Filename command.
- Supports machines with multiple tool types, such as laser plus spindle or a tool changer.
- Keeps Grbl compatibility: the G-code send/response protocol is unchanged and all Grbl G-code is supported.
- Includes a browser-based Web UI reachable from a PC, phone, or tablet on the same WiFi network.
- Provides a tools directory with a config spec, JSON Schema, validator, and an MCP server to help AI assistants write configs.
