Made by ROS event camera support.

What it does
- Reconstructs a brightness image event by event and publishes image frames at chosen frame times.
- Offers several synchronization modes: free running, trigger events, camera image, and time reference.
- Estimates the offset between sensor time and host time to convert frame times between the two clocks.
- Provides a fibar node with parameters for frame rate, cutoff event count, spatial filtering, and frame output.
- Includes a stereo launch setup for two event cameras synchronized by a sync cable or external trigger.
- Ships tools for speed benchmarking from rosbags and for converting bags into reconstructed frames offline.
