What it does
- Publishes raw and compressed image topics plus camera info, compatible with the image_pipeline stack.
- Provides a service to set camera calibration parameters.
- Can run as a standalone executable or as a composable node.
- Configures the stream by camera, role, pixel format, resolution, sensor mode and orientation.
- Creates dynamic runtime parameters from the controls exposed by each camera.
- Loads calibration from a YAML file via CameraInfoManager, defaulting to a path under ~/.ros/camera_info.

- Difficulty
- Beginner
- Hardware it needs, as the project states it
- Requires libcamera version 0.1 or later and a supported camera; resource-constrained devices such as the Raspberry Pi Zero may run out of video memory for buffers.
