What it does
- Built natively on ROS 2, developed and tested on ROS 2 Humble.
- Modular design, so components can be changed or swapped without affecting the rest of the system.
- Independent of the aerial platform, which eases moving from simulation to real hardware.
- Project-oriented: only the packages needed for a given application have to be installed.
- Oriented toward swarming, i.e. coordinating several aerial robots.
- Older versions below 1.0.9 targeted ROS 2 Galactic and are kept in the EOL/galactic branch.
